Built-In Features

DJ & MC Services

Platinum will serve as your professional DJ & MC for all announcements, coordinate with other vendors throughout the night to ensure a smooth and stress-free event… and of course, keep the party moving and the dance floor packed!

Intelligent Dance Floor Lighting

Ceiling-mounted moving heads will highlight your grand events (entrance, cake cutting, first dance, etc), and then project a large variety of movements and patterns during open dance for a modern, club-like dance environment.

Perimeter Downlighting

Touring-grade downlighting creates rich beams of color that not only wash your walls, but cast an elegant glow over the entire room. These high-power LED fixtures create a virtually limitless palette of colors to match your theme.

Projection System

Take advantage of Platinum’s professional presentation resources to show off your slideshows or videos. Heritage Hall’s Dual 10′ x 8′ display provide sharp, easy viewing for the entire event space.

Custom Monogram / Gobo

Cast a custom-tailored monogram (gobo) onto the wall behind the main stage. Choose from a wide variety of stock designs or create your own. Platinum’s high-definition theatrical ellipsoidals ensures a bright, crisp image that’s sure to make a statement.

Wedding Ceremony Support

Platinum provides comprehensive audio-visual wedding ceremony support inside Heritage Hall. Hands-free wireless microphones ensure consistent sound quality and ease of use for your officiant, while our staff seamlessly handles your music cues.

2) Reserve Your Date

If you’re ready to book, shoot us an email and we will reply with an e-contract. After you e-sign the document, your services are reserved and you’ll receive a link to our online planning suite, music request list, and guest request link.

There are NO DEPOSITS required to book! Simply pay in full by the 1st of the month that your event falls in.

Undecided on the services? We can just write up a contract for the basic DJ package and add to it down the line without re-doing the entire contract.

3) Meet Your DJ

It’s important that you meet your reception DJ, if possible. You can generally expect an email from your DJ 1-2 months prior to the reception date. They can be a valuable resource to your planning process, so feel free to call, email, and even text your DJ as much as you’d like! We also encourage that you do a final, face-to-face meeting about 2 weeks prior to the big day.
